On Behalf of our client Smart Solutions are looking for experienced contact centre /customer service staff who possess excellent customer service skills.
The calls will be inbound only w! ith no sales involved. An assuring manner with the ability to remain calm under pressure is essential.
You will be the first point of contact for customer calls, providing an excellent level of customer service that exceeds expectations and in doing so ensures the calls are completed or directed to the relevant department as appropriate.
As an inbound customer service advisor you aren't just good at talking on the phone you will be an excellent listener.
As a member of our client's supportive contact centre team you will take calls from all kinds of people. Through a clear and concise questioning technique you will ensure customer contact resolution first time.
Confidentiality is key within this support role and you will be required to sign a declaration prior to starting.
The ability to work shifts is essential however there is a degree of flexibility with shift patterns. The shift patterns will primarily be a minimum of 3 and m! aximum of 7 per week between the hours of 8am-8pm with 2 main ! shift patterns being 8am-8pm.
The facilities on site are excellent with accessible parking and a café/coffee shop.
The duration of the assignment is initially up to 12 weeks however could be longer.
The hourly rate for these roles will be £7.33 per hour.
