My client, a leader in its market, is looking for a talented and experienced Lead Developer to join their established, growing team. Reporting to the I! T Director the role is to work within an Agile environment using Scrum technique to take a technical lead and oversee projects across the development teams to deliver technical solutions for business requirements.

The successful Lead Developer will be challenged with improving output and quality from the development teams through providing a technical lead, mentoring and training. The Lead Developer will share responsibility for the number of sprints or projects released successfully and will be expected to feedback to management.

As well as being a talented developer you will be able to provide expertise and guidance on a range of development projects. You must have excellent experience developing web based applications written in Microsoft C#.Net. The role requires a strong communicator that will be able to collaborate with the architect's team, development teams, team leaders and senior management. The Lead Developer must be able to act as a thought-lea! der within R&D.

The ideal Lead Developer will have a ! strong C#.Net web development background and have recent experience taking a technical lead in projects or team lead experience. This position would be suitable for a senior developer looking to progress their career and take on technical lead responsibilities. The role will require you to be involved in hands on development whilst providing expertise and assistance across development projects.

Key skills required:

• Extensive C#.Net development experience
• ASP.Net
• WCF and Visual Studio/TFS
• Commitment to Agile/Scrum processes
