A rapidly expanding, food manufacturing business supplying an ever-increasing customer base is offering a unique opportunity to join their dedicated technical team on their South Wales ! production site. The site is a modern manufacturing facility which supplies a range of high quality, chilled convenience products for a number of prestigious retail customers and has experienced rapid growth and success over the past year.
This role will support the Technical Management in the development and incorporation of the site technical systems and processes striving to continuously improve all technical functions within the business. You will manage and promote the technical processes in accordance with legislation, customer and company requirements and ensure that the quality system is adhered to and that all possible measures are taken to ensure quality within the business.
We seek a competent Quality professional with prior relevant experience in a food manufacturing environment and a detailed knowledge of QMS, HACCP, GMP and BRC standard. You should have an understanding of retailer requirements and a positive, can-do-attitude coupled with the! ability to work independently on a number of projects.
