Area Sales Manager, Electrical Components, North West, £35,000 Basic + Commission + Company Car + Benefits. A leading supplier of electrical components and cable connectors is seeking an experienced Technical Area Manager t! o account manage distributors, wholesalers and end users across the North West of England. Managing several active accounts the position is a varied role which encompasses classic distribution management duties such as introducing new products, training new staff and setting incentives together with selling into end users. The role is supported by technical support staff as it often has a heavy technical element and involves selling in tandem with your distributors into design engineer levels within manufacturers to secure major rolling contracts to supply.
To apply you will be an extremely dedicated technical sales manager that is driven and passionate with an innate ability to approach and develop key distributors and end users within the market. Your experience will have been gained from within the electrical products or electronics sectors and ideally you will be either at least ONC qualified within a relevant discipline or have significant industry experience ! to compensate. With excellent marketing support and innovative! products this supplier has a solid reputation and wins business on exceptional service, keen pricing and products meeting the highest of European standards. You will be credible with a gregarious personality who is outgoing and can genuinely build relationships at all levels from counter level sales staff to design engineers and procurement directors.
