of 1 years UK post qualification experience. All candidates must ! be HCPC registered, have an Enhanced CRB issued within the last 12
months, have the right to work in the UK and hold a recognised Social
Work qualification in order to be considered for this role.
Experience/duties required for this post will include:
Working within the Transitional Support Planning Team.
The team work on planned project-based assignments which provide variety
and regular opportunity for practitioners to grow and develop their
skills.
The ideal candidate will have proven skills in assessment and support
planning, and be able to work creatively in achieving positive outcomes
for service users.
Must have excellent orgonisational skills.
Be able to work effectively as part of a busy and dynamic team and adopt a solution focussed approach.
Be able to demonstrate a high level of motivation.
Work confidently on their own initiative and be prepared to for a busy turn-! over of work.
NOTE: To be considered for the a! bove role please ensure that you have the relevant previous UK post qualification experience.
