Location: Caerphilly Wales

Our client, a well known global brand, are seeking a Customer Service Coordinator to look after their Irish Customer base, within their centre of excellence based in Caephilly. The right candidate must offer exce! llent customer service skills, linked with the personality that will match the driven team ethic within the business.

  • The role will also involve regular travel to The Republic of Ireland, so the successful candidate must be willing to stay away from home, especially during the initial few months*
Job Responsibilities:As an Customer Service Coordinator, you will be:
  • Managing the Irish customer base
  • Liaising with various departments to ensure full processes are dealt with and compliant
  • Order processing, standard, future, bulk, and offshore.
  • Dealing with non conformance queries relating to pricing, shortages and credit notes
  • key account management along with dedicated customer lines and mailboxes
  • General administration and health and safety responsibilities
Preferred Skills:
  • Have good Microsoft Office and Keyboard skills - in particular Microsoft ! Excel
  • Have good communication skills for listening to! and understanding customers' requirements and giving explanations
  • Be able to work at pace and accurately in a busy environment
  • Be able to learn and apply many different processes and procedures
  • Be polite and display a good standard of customer care.
  • Previous employment in a role with links to supply chain departments would be an advantage
