Our well established client are currently recruiting experienced individuals with a proven track record in telesales to work in their state of the art call centre in central Swansea. This is a temporary to permanent positio! n.
Job Responsibilities:
The successful applicant will be required to deal with consumers that have requested information on our clients products and services and advise them on how best to deal with their situation. Working from an up-to-date database, you will be working towards daily/ weekly and monthly targets to achieve company goals. This is an excellent opportunity to join an established organisation who offer a rewarding commission structure.
Hours of work will be Monday to Friday 9a.m - 5.30p.m

- Proven track record of working in a sales based environment.
- Experience of working in a contact centre environment
