Salary £27,047 to £30,424 per annum (pro rata if part time) together with USS pension benefits.

The primary purpose of this post is to play a key role in the recruitment of all students to the School of Management with a specific focus on International markets with the objective of increasing the number of appropriately qualified applicants and entrants.
Swansea University is facing an exciting period of development and this additional role was created to assist the University in achieving its strategic objective to expand and maintain strong growth in student numbers. The post holder will have responsibility for attracting applications and maximising enrolments using a variety of marketing and recruitment channels. The post holder will contribute to and help implement strategies for marketing and student recruitment, helping to identify potential markets and appropriate channels for recruiting from designated markets. Frequent travel will be required! for this role (where appropriate adjustments in line with DDA! will be considered).
Tasks will involve representing the School of Management at Education Exhibitions in the UK and overseas, helping to organise open days, inward visits and other events, liaising with enquirers, applicants and their advisers, developing publications and marketing materials, and helping to develop and support relationships with key universities, schools, colleges and other organisations.
Candidates should be educated to degree level or demonstrate equivalent work experience and also demonstrate experience in a similar Marketing/recruitment or closely related role with evidence of a thorough understanding of the major issues in international HE recruitment and marketing.
