To provide support to participants of the programme in the referral, assessment and progression of all Service Users and oversee the provision of personal development activities encouraging m! ove-on into appropriate training, work tasters, volunteering and employment.

These duties are to be carried out in the context of Shaw Trust’s value system and in compliance with the best of care practice and as outlined in the General Social Care Council’s Code of Conduct for Social-care Workers.

Shaw Trust is committed to safeguarding. As the role will involve working with vulnerable adults an Enhanced Criminal Records Disclosure will be required for the successful applicant.

Fixed Term Contract from November 2013 - March 2014.
