The Role
Customer Account Coordinator required by an expanding Wrexham business, to support the management and sales performance of ke! y client accounts
Working closely with sales and commercial management, the role will involve -:
- Review of delivery schedules and customer requirements to ensure the sales forecast is achieved
- Liaison with production to ensure delivery performance is achieved
- Close communication with customers to review service performance, resolve issues, develop strong customer relationships and understand opportunities to develop new business.
Knowledge and Skills Required:
- A track record of experience in customer service / key account coordination in manufacturing
- Experience using ERP/MRP systems with a good standard of general IT skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to identify potential performance and service issues quickly and take relevant action
- Forward planning and personal organisation
- Excellent problem solving skills
- Abilit! y to adapt and manage change
Salary! £20-22k per annum dependant on experience. 25 Days Holiday plus statutory bank holidays, Pension, Life Insurance. Free on-site car parking.
