Quality Assurance Inspector
Location: Merthyr Tydfil Wales
Description: St Merryn Foods is at the momment seeking for Quality Assurance Inspector right now, this job will be placed in Wales. More complete informations about this job opportunity please read the description below. A vacancy has arisen within our QA Department for a QA Inspector. The position will report to the QA Manager.
Main duties of the role will be:
- To ensure ! the quality of the labels are of a high standard and checking of accuracy.
- To ensure that the products leave the plant within the specified limits
- Ensure quality checks are carried out every day at the start of shift and before equipment is used
- Complete documentation accurately and legibly
- Undertaking of internal auditing within the site
- Be driven with a keen eye for detail, and the ability to work under pressure
- A positive, pro-active and diplomatic approach in all aspects of the role
- Good communication skills.
- An impeccable timekeeping and attendance record.
- Be able to work as part of a team and show initiative as an individual.
- Possess a background in quality assurance and / or food industry.
Monday â€" Friday 07.30 â€" 16.30
