As a Sales through Service Advisor it all starts with you and this will involve you building relationships with our customers by demonstrating that you understand our customer’s individual needs and providing information on products and services to help meet those needs.

Your Conduit Journey will begin with a seven week training program, where you will see yourself on a progressive learning curve through a mixture of class room and on the job training. At this time you will be paid an hourly rate of £6.38 per hour. Upon successful completion of training and graduation-bay we will recognise your achievements by rewarding you with an increase on your hourly rate to £7.71 per hour OTE. From the day one after training you will also be able to earn excellent sales commission through our Cardiff Bank scheme. To reward your commitment and hard work we will increase your hourly rate to £8.16 OTE when you reach your ten month anniversary. You will be fully flexible between the hours of 7am - 11pm seven days a week and will be given a fixed shift pattern on day one of training. We understand this will involve working some unsociable hours so we will be happy to give you £1.50 per hour uplift between 9pm and 11pm Monday to Saturday and ALL DAY on Sunday.
