Location: Nantgarw, Cardiff
Salary: Starting Salary £17,600 per Annum
Must show demonstrate experience of lone working and night working.
Background:
Our client is a social business, established in 2006. They are a different kind of Contact Centre for the Third and Public Sector that run professional helplines and web systems.
The Role:
They are seeking an individual to fulfil a full-time position,working on behalf of a number of UK Charities, where you will provide emotional supp! ort, information and guidance over the telephone and / or web-! chat.
You will be required to:
- Provide accurate, concise information.
- Listen patiently, empathising with the caller's situation and convey a genuine desire to help and support.
- Deliver emotional support and coaching
- Accurately maintain the Customer Records Management (CRM) system through data input and record keeping.
You will need to be able to demonstrate experience of communicating effectively with customers on both the telephone and online.
Experience of working within a Contact Centre / providing Advice and Guidance is also desirable.
Experience of lone working and night working is essential.
