My client is looking for an experienced field Salesperson based in Cardiff. You must be a natural salesperson who has the ability to use your own initiative to create new business contacts. The company already has a large database of loyal clients and would like to concentrate on new clients.
Responsibilities ;
Design, implement, effective new methods and tools to continuously improve company market knowledge and understanding.
Interact directly with senior management, to provide business intelligence based on research.
Evaluate customer researc! h, market conditions, competitor activities and implement mark! eting plans.
Identify customer/market needs and develop value propositions to meet the needs.
Responsibility of all sales operations.
Develop strategy, tactics and sales plans.
Increase market shares in existing markets and maximise new business development opportunities.
To be considered for this position you must have sales experience in a manufacturing discipline.
