We are looking for an exceptional Sales Assistant/ Stock Coordinator to join our Simply Be & Jacamo store in Cardiff If you have a true passion for fashion and an unrivalled customer focus, this could be the perfect opportunity for you!
As the Sales Assistant/ Stock Coordinator, your duties will include:
- Playing an important role in delivering an outstanding shopping experience for our customers, offering fantastic customer service using your knowledge of our produ ct's to help customers build their perfect outfit, giving them expert style and fit advice.
- Working towards store targets as a team and use your outgoing personality to engage with customers, making their experience memorable.
- Working on the till, processing transactions and returns, helping customers with their questions or issues and maintain exceptional store standards, ensuring stock is on the shop floor and merchandised to plan to maximise sales.
- You'll assist with back office operations by ensuring all deliveries are met and actioned as quickly as possible so that our stock is available and merchandised on the shop floor for customers.
To be a successful Sales Assistant you will have the following skills and experience:
- Previous experience in fashion retail is preferable but as long as you have a passion for fashion, and helping customers along with a friendly and helpful approach then we want to hear from yo u!
- A strong team player with the confidence to approach and engage with customers.
In return, the Sales Assistant will receive a salary of £7.67 per hour.
