Manager Regulatory Topics Fund Management
Aufgaben
Lead a small team and provide consultative advice for funds business, regulatory topics and board operations / Support investment strategies, but also investor onboarding, investment execution and fund tax operations / Provide clarification of local requirements worldwide / Overseeing all legal risks related to investment business / Make sure high-quality standards of legal operations, e.g. with contract management, review of agreements, corporate legal governance of domestic and international legal entities / Manage activities and contact with regulators and other authorities / Lead external legal advisors maintaining effective working relationships and networks / Participation in various compliance and IT projects as representant of legal operations / Perform any ad-hoc tasks assigned.
Qualifikation
Master in Law or also Business Administration / Swiss CPA or an ACCA in a fund consulting team of a BigFour company beneficial / Experience in Asset Management / Knowledge of Swiss and International regulations / Knowledge of tax rules beneficial / Reliable, responsible and trustworthy person / High level of analytical thinking / Problem-solving minded / Detail-orientated and self-driven person / Ability to work independently / Enthusiastic / Hard-working / Ability to work under time constraints / Strong team player / Outstanding communication skills / Used to work in an international environment and team / MS Office skills (Word, PowerPoint and Excel) / German and English.
