One of our clients requires additional complaint handlers to join an existing project in Cardiff City Centre. Your role:
- Processing PPI complaints using IT systems and excel.
- Reviewing complaint information and transposing data accordingly.
- Working within a back office environment (not contacting customers over the phone).
- Following strict processes and guidelines.
- Working to quality targets and handling a daily amount of work.
- Good administrative skills.
- The ability to use MS Office, especially Excel, and pick up in-house systems.
- A process and target driven attitude.
