Town and Country Care's Shetland House is a small, but busy, 9 bed residential & dementia care facility. We are looking for another member of staff to join our small team.
Candidates should ideally have experience in the care industry, and past experience in dementia care would also be beneficial.
Our home offers both emergency short-stays and permanent stays, with 9 permanent residents currently in the home.
Duties would include:
- Personal Care
- Medication Administration
- Meal Preparation
- Laundry
- Cleaning
- General Companionship
This unique care home works with a small team of carers, looking after a small group of residents, which creates close relationships and an excellent standard of care for our residents. This is a great opportunity to join this fast growing but close-knit team.
Hours can be flexible to fit around your personal life. Basic rates start at £10.60 per hour for weekday hours and £11.60 for weekend hours, higher rates for those with NVQ in Health and Social Care.
