- Manage customer queries (e.g. handset)
- Have a good working knowledge of O2 products and services
- Add value to the customer experience by promoting appropriate products and services
- Build relationships with customers
- Work as part of a team to achieve team objectives and targets
- Proven Retail and/or Customer Service experience
- Experience of working in a team
- A good understanding of O2 and the Retail Advisor role
- Evidence of commitment and enthusiasm
