ROLE FOR A WAREHOUSE TRAINER
To identify areas for training, development and improvement, then deliver training to both new and existing staff to maximise performance and minimise risk. You will train in all aspects of the operation, from FLT training through to utilising WMS picking systems and technology (e.g. RF / hand held terminals etc)
EXPERIENCE NEEDED FOR A WAREHOUSE TRAINER
You will have experience of managing a team within a warehouse environment.
You will ideally have some form of teaching/training qualification such as PTLS, but more importantly you will have a background of successfully delivering training within the warehouse environment.
You will ideally be RTITB qualified, but if not then our client is willing to provide this training.
You will be passionate about your job and seek to inspire those around you to fully utilise their skills and experiences to deliver KPI's in a professional yet fun environment.TH! E IDEAL PERSON FOR A WAREHOUSE TRAINER
You will have ! excellent training skills and experience.
You will be able to communicate to a diverse target audience.
You will have excellent planning, computer/system skills and be analytical in your approach.
