Project Planner / Co Ordinator
Location: South Glamorgan Wales
Description: Scarlet Jade is at present looking to employ Project Planner / Co Ordinator right now, this vacancy will be placed in Wales. More details about this vacancy opportunity please read the description below. Leading Infrastructure planning company are seeking a Project Co Ordinator. Ideally you will have at least three years Project Support experience.
All planning activities (worksh! ops, meetings etc) to ensure that the PMO and project/programme teams delivers a plan
Update of the schedules/plans
Monitoring progress against schedules/plans for the project/programme execution/implementation and delivery.
Liaising with customers and/or suppliers as necessary to ensure achievement of Programme / Project requirements Develop and implement structures and processes for programme performance monitoring.
Advise Project Management team of deviations to plan regarding programme.
Support Project team with plan/programme inputs/outputs relating to finance and resource status, enabling forecasting of costs to complete.
Programme / Project Management Support
Resource forecasting and the provision of reports to show status of resources actuals against baseline
Management of milestones - reporting to the business and Customer/Client Dependencies - ensuring dependencies have been identified and applied to the plans. Also ensure all areas! and the customer is aware of their dependencies.
Support ! risk management in the identification and planning of risks into the plans
You will ideally have worked within a Six Sigma, Prince 2 or APM controlled project previously and are looking to further develop your skills.
