A superb opportunity to work with a leading real Estate organisation. You must speak both English and Dutch and have amazing customer service skills. This role is all about providing ! a five star customer experience. You will be the focal point of contact for all employees and will be the person that makes things happen. This role requires someone that understands how an office works. Your role will be to make things happen with positivity and a constant smile on your face.

The Concierge will be responsible for the delivery of 5 star customer services to staff and clients arriving at one of my clients new office environments located in The Hague, Netherlands. This is a "how can we help you" role to ensure staff and visitors enjoy the working environment to its maximum. Duties include front of house meet & greet, management of reservation system, SPOC for client queries, assistance with presentation rooms, refreshments etc.

Main responsibilities

Front of house meet & greet of all staff and guests to the office.
Demonstrate how the office functions as a workplace 20/20 environment.
Manage meeting spaces to ensure they are! functional for any planned/ ad hoc meetings.
Assist staff! with reservation system to help them book a desk/ office or meeting room.
Greet visitors attending client meetings and liaise with hosts for meeting requirements.
Provide advice on all facilities in the building and how to operate them.
Assist with organising meeting room facilities and telepresence bookings.

QUALIFICATIONS

Skills Required
Essential Experience

Considerable experience in high class business environments, hotel industry.
Strong customer care focus
Teamwork
Evidence of working in a flexible changing business environment
Work under pressure with good initiative/problem solver

Skills Essential

Well presented
Excellent client relationship management skills
Accuracy a! nd attention to detail are essential
First class oral and written communication skills
Ability to work in a team structure and positively contribute to team goals and objectives.
Strong organisational skills
PC literacy is essential;
Fluency in English and Dutch is essential for this role
