• Experience managing small teams
o Team management consists of monitoring sprint backlog, working with business stakeholders to refine stories, and mentoring junior developers.
• Confidence to express opinions whilst being able to make pragmatic decisions when required
• Self-starters and not afraid to ask when they don’t know
• Capable of managing their own time
• Experience with our existing toolstack (VS2012, github, teamcity) will be an advantage
• Contributions to open source projects or demonstrable participation in the software community is viewed as a distinct plus
