The role of the Systems Engineer is to ensure that all IT infrastructure services are proactively managed and perform to agre! ed service levels.
This role is part of the infrastructure and operations team that is responsible for supporting the IT infrastructure and services in all of the clients worldwide offices.
It is a highly specialised and technical role which requires a close working relationship with other members of IT and business teams to support ther implementation of key strategic business projects and programs.
Key Accountabilities:
- Implement, install and configure systems.
- Provide input for service improvement and technical consultancy to business and IT teams.
- Analyze, design, test, document, implement and support global IT services
- Resolve operational issues involving global IT services
- Manage and support escalations
- Develop and improve processes and procedures
- Knowledge of Microsoft Active Directory (AD)
- Knowledge of Mi! crosoft Windows Server
- VMware, Vsphere 5.x
- V! Mview
- Firewall and VPN technologies
