A fantastic opportunity is on offer for an experienced IT Support Analyst / Infrastructure Analyst at 3rd Line level to join an experienced and expanding team in Flintshire who enjoy a great mix of responsibilities from infrastructure project work, 3rd Line Support, management of IT infrastructure operations and some client site visits.

It is ess! ential that you can demonstrate:

• Advanced Windows Server skills including some of: Networking, Windows Server, Active Directory, Exchange, SQL, SharePoint, VMWare or Citrix
• Proven experience working towards infrastructure project work
• Strong experience in providing 3rd line technical support
• A pro-active approach to both problem solving and on-going development
• Strong communication skills with the ability to build long lasting relationships with colleagues and suppliers

The successful candidate will feel confident playing a key role within the deliverance of a wide portfolio of infrastructure related projects, provision of technical and 3rd line support within a complex environment, developing good working relationships with colleagues and suppliers and assisting with the management of core IT infrastructure operations through system monitoring and pro-active maintenance.
