This an excellent opportunity for a Deputy General Manager or strong assistant manager to join an extremely successful and expanding restaurant & bar concept.
Part of an award winning company the emphasis is on serving quality fresh food menus delivered with exceptional service in relaxed informal surroundings.
Reporting to and deputising for the general manager you will have financial and operational responsibility, and will have a background in high volume branded or independent re! staurants and bars.
For this Deputy General Managers ! position we are looking for
A background working as a Deputy General Manager or assistant manager in high volume fast paced branded or independent restaurants and bars.
Very strong people, man-management, communication, and organisation skills.
Good financial acumen - managing costs, budgets, GPs', margins, and labour.
An outgoing personality, positive approach, and strong desire to succeed.
Ambition and a strong desire to succeed to further develop your career to general manager level.
Rewards - Deputy General Manager
£23-25,000 + bonus
